2023年2月28日、イスラエルのネスジオナに本社を置く車載用ビジョンシステムの開発企業であるForesight Autonomous Hotldings Ltd.（Nasdaq、及びTASE：FRSX）は、完全子会社であるEye-Net Mobile Ltd.（以下、Eye-Net）が日本の大手自動車メーカーからEye-Zone™車載システムを初受注したことを発表しました。
両社は、車両と全ての道路利用者（交通弱者含む）の間における前例のない、シームレスなコミュニケーションを可能にするソフトウェアV2XレイヤーであるEye-Zone™の付加価値と機能を評価する有償の概念実証（POC）プロジェクトを開始します。POCではEye-Zone™を自動車メーカーの先進運転支援システム（ADAS）に統合し、自動車の安全機能を強化するレイヤーとして評価する予定です。
また、本POCは、通信インフラと高度な通信モジュールを提供する日本の大手電気通信事業者と共同で実施される予定です。
POCプロジェクトにより一定の成果を納めた後には、両社はプロジェクトの範囲を商業契約に拡大する為の検討フェーズに入ります。さらに、共同でPOCを行う日本の大手電気通信事業者は、日本で広く普及しているアプリにEye-Netのソリューションを組み込み、Eye-Net製品の日本市場での展開を進める見込みです。
Eye-Zone™はEye-NetのLinuxベースのソリューションであり、自動車業界（OEM、Tier 1、Tier 2サプライヤー）向けにEye-Net独自のV2X技術を提供しています。主な機能とては、ドライバー向けの衝突可能性の検知や、警告による事故防止ソリューションが備わっています。Eye-Zone™は独自の仮想センサーであるRUDAR™（Road Users Detection and Ranging）を使用し、車両周辺の道路利用者の位置情報、移動特性、衝突の危険性をリアルタイムで点群データとして提供します。Eye-Zone™はADAS、ナビゲーションシステム、インフォテインメントシステム等、様々な車載システムに簡単に統合することができます。
